Declan Fitzgerald

Declan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Ireland since 1982. He joined the practice as a Partner in 2003. He has extensive experience in both the profession and industry over the last thirty years. He has worked on EU, World Bank and EBRD funded projects in Eastern Europe for many years. He has also worked for the Department of Foreign Affairs, International Funds for Ireland and the Auditor General's Office.
John Lundy

John is a qualified ACCA accountant and has over 15 years broad experience within general practice and has worked on a wide range of SME assignments together with bigger projects such as Public Sector Audits. He has particular speciality in Hotels, Licensed Trade, Dental and Medical and Retail, Arts & Leisure.
Shay Cairns

experience both within

Shay has worked with
BKRM since 1999 and is
well versed in the varied requirements of
organisations of every size. His current portfolio consists of a number of well-known established companies, including companies limited by guarantee, as well as leading sporting organisations and associations.
Rose Keane
Audit Senior
Rose trained with the company and qualified in 2008. After qualifying Rose worked for three years in practice in New Zealand mainly involved in overseas investments. She has wide experience in audit and accounting assignments, particularly in the legal, healthcare and medical profession.
John Curtin
Tax Consultant
John has over 25 years'
experience in practice and
specialises in taxation.
He has advised on domestic
and international property
transactions, mergers and
acquisitions, corporate restructurings and family owned managed businesses. John is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and a Tax Associate with the Institute of Tax in Ireland.
Ray Whelan

Ray is a consultant who
works closely with BKRM
Corporate Services
Limited. He is a former
senior member of the
Revenue Commissioners
and formerly lectured in Law at DlT. Ray specialises in taxation and company law matters.
Ciaran Keating

Ciaran has been with the
practice since 2003. He
has been responsible for
a varied portfolio of clients.
He works in tandem with
Tom Keane on all insolvency assignments within the practice. Ciaran holds a BA, in addition to a Diploma in Forensic Accounting and has recently completed a Diploma in Insolvency (run by Chartered Accountants Ireland) to further enhance his qualifications in this area.

Kim McKayed
Webmaster
Kim joined BKRM this year in
2016 as the firm decided to
invest heavily with

presence and BKRM Portal.
Kim McKayed is qualified with a BSc. Computer Applications Hons from DCU and has post graduate diplomas in Digital Media Tech from
both Trinity College Dublin and DIT. He was recently published in Microsoft.com
in a featured case study.
